We Traded In

We traded in our 2006 VW Jetta and our 2000 Dodge Durango and got a 2003 Chevrolet Venture and a 2002 Ford F150 XLT. Our Durango broke down and we were gonna have to replace the engine. That meant that when we had all of our kids together at the same time, that we couldn't all go together anywhere. The Jetta was sooo small. With Preston's carseat in the back, I had to sit in the front passenger's seat with my knees right up against the dashboard. We definately need 2 drivable vehicles and at least 1 has to fit all 7 of us comfortably. Gabi is loving the DVD player in the van. She can watch Shrek while I drive. Ryan's truck is a metallic royal blue and looks brand new. The previous owners only used it for leisure, and the miles are soo low it is just unheard of. The van has more miles than the truck does, and the truck is a year older. The van is red and it has so many extras. On-star, power sliding doors to both sides, DVD player, sensor for when you are backing up so you don't hit anything, leather interior, and so much more. I am a minivan mom again! Now if I can just get one of the kids to play soccer! Hmmmm...
